We recommend a light pickup before our arrival (clothes, toys, and personal items). This allows the cleaning professionals to focus on detailed cleaning and deliver the best possible results.
For safety and efficiency, please also secure pets in a comfortable area during the service. 

 

Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to return to a freshly cleaned home. However, you are always welcome to stay during the service if you prefer. Our team works comfortably either way. 

Cleaning time depends on the size, condition, and type of service requested (standard, deep cleaning, move-in/out). We provide time estimates once we review your home details. 

Yes. We encourage all clients to share specific instructions or priorities. This ensures your home is cleaned exactly the way you like it every time.

Lemon Green uses or approves eco-conscious cleaning products depending on the service agreement. If you prefer specific products in your home, please let us know in advance.

We use carefully selected, eco-conscious cleaning products that align with high safety and environmental standards, including:

HOME ACCESS & PETS

Yes, we love pets! We simply ask that they remain in a safe, comfortable space to ensure their well-being and allow the cleaning professionals to work safely and efficiently.

If you are not home, please let us know any special instructions regarding your pets. 

For your safety, we do not store or hold client keys. We recommend using a secure lockbox or a safe entry method you trust. 

OUR SERVICE PROMISE

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not up to your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We will coordinate a correction or follow-up service for the affected areas at no additional cost. 

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your service. 

We treat every home with care and respect. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will evaluate the situation and resolve it appropriately.  

We are fully licensed and insured for your protection and peace of mind. 

SCHEDULING & POLICIES

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

Changes within 48 hours may incur a partial fee 

Same-day cancellations or lack of access may be charged the full service rate 

This policy helps us maintain reliable scheduling for all clients. 

 

If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule at a convenient time.

Lemon Green works with carefully selected cleaning professionals and approved service providers who meet our quality, safety, and service expectations. Our goal is to provide reliable, detailed, and professional cleaning with respect for your home and your specific instructions.

We do our best to coordinate familiar cleaning professionals whenever possible for consistency and trust. If the same provider is not available, another approved cleaning professional or service provider will follow the service notes, agreed scope of work, and cleaning priorities for your home.

Cleaning professionals and approved service providers who provide services through Lemon Green are selected based on experience, professionalism, reliability, and ability to deliver quality results. Lemon Green shares the agreed scope of work, client-specific notes, and cleaning priorities to help maintain a consistent service experience.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

At this time, we do not offer carpet cleaning or shampooing. However, we can recommend trusted specialists upon request. 

For safety and insurance reasons, we only provide interior cleaning services. 

Yes. Simply contact our office or leave a note during booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

TIPS & COMMUNICATION

Tips are never required, but they are always appreciated by the cleaning professionals who provide the service.
