Do I need to tidy up before the cleaning team arrives?
We recommend a light pickup before our arrival (clothes, toys, and personal items). This allows the cleaning professionals to focus on detailed cleaning and deliver the best possible results.
For safety and efficiency, please also secure pets in a comfortable area during the service.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to return to a freshly cleaned home. However, you are always welcome to stay during the service if you prefer. Our team works comfortably either way.
How long does a cleaning service take?
Cleaning time depends on the size, condition, and type of service requested (Regular, deep cleaning, move-in/out). We provide time estimates once we review your home details.
What is the difference between Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning?
A Deep Cleaning is designed for an occupied home that needs more detailed attention than regular cleaning. It focuses on accumulated dust, buildup, baseboards, doors, fixtures, blinds, kitchens, bathrooms, and other detailed areas.
A Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is designed for a home that is empty or being vacated. Because furniture and personal belongings are typically removed, we can access additional areas such as inside empty cabinets, drawers, closets, and other spaces to prepare the property for the next occupant.
Can I request special instructions for my home?
Yes. We encourage all clients to share specific instructions or priorities. This ensures your home is cleaned exactly the way you like it every time.

Can my pets stay home during cleaning?

How do I provide access if I’m not home?
For your safety, we do not store or hold client keys. We recommend using a secure lockbox or a safe entry method you trust.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not up to your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We will coordinate a correction or follow-up service for the affected areas at no additional cost.
